How to convert .Jpeg in Word

If you need to extract text from an image so that you can edit it, you can do so using optical character recognition (OCR). These programs scan the image files and convert the text so you can copy and paste it into a Word document. If you only need an image, you can copy and paste it separately into a Word document.

1. Download OCR (optical character recognition) software or search for an online Converter hjok. OCR programs will scan image files and convert them to text. You can use them to convert any image with text to an editable document. There are many free and paid OCR programs available that you can download and install, or you can use online services that do not require installation.
2. Upload the image you would like to scan. Using the online service, upload an image to the site. Using the downloaded program, open the image file in it.
3. Wait for the file conversion to complete. If the image file is large, it may take a few minutes.
4. Copy the converted text. After scanning the document, the OCR program will reflect the text in an acceptable form for copying. The quality of the resulting text will depend on the clarity of the original image.
5. Paste the copied text into Word. Paste the text into the document you want.
6. Check for errors. Even the most advanced OCR program can make one or two errors from time to time. Read the converted text carefully to make sure there are no typos or serious errors.
